Quotes are given as a Per Person charge. There is an 8% tax and 20% service fee after tax for all parties. This does not include gratuity.
The number of guests will be set upon agreement and can be changed more than two weeks out without penalty, however inside two weeks and the total agreed upon will remain. Should any of your guests back out, their portions will be prepared and given to you for later consumption.
There is a $800 minimum to reserve a date. (Plus tax and 20% svc fee, not including gratuity) Small parties should keep this in mind.
There is no deposit required. Should you decide to book, I will send you a service agreement via e mail that you will need to fill out and return.
You are responsible for making sure Chef David has the address, and any gate/door codes or keys to get in.
We will arrive between 3:30-5pm for a dinner served at 7-7:30 unless otherwise discussed.
There is an additional charge for Holidays.
